When a buyer can send a WISMO request Sally Tracking System will check the message with its Ecommerce-NLP solution, to ensure it's a WISMO question. STS will search the brands’ CRM for the associated orders and tracking codes. Sally Tracking System will search the tracking code in more than 600 shipping companies and provide the customer with a full response message, containing shipping status, location and delivery estimation time.

Sally Tracking System connects to the store support system and listens to every new ticket. Once a new ticket asks about the delivery, Sally Tracking System will try to find the associated tracking code in the store CRM, and provide the customer with a full response message, containing shipping status, location and delivery estimation time. Sally Tracking System asks the customer if the ticket can be closed, close the ticket and leave a note to inform the live agent. If the buyer does not confirm to close the ticket, Sally Tracking System will leave a note for a live agent event, and leave the ticket open.
